The Tiger Who Came to Tea & Epicurious

We went to watch The Tiger Who Came to Tea at DBS Arts Centre on Saturday. It’s based on the book by Judith Kerr which Anya is familiar with, but the stage adaptation had many songs which were all quite catchy. Although I felt that it was slightly draggy relative to the original story which is much simpler, it was still enjoyable and I especially liked how they made the food disappear! We are going to catch Stick Man this Saturday and I hope they stick a little more closely to the story since there’s so much material to work with.

Adrian and Adam were waiting at Epicurious while Anya and I watched the show and we joined them there for brunch afterwards. We haven’t been there in more than 2 years because there’s another one at Rail Mall which is much nearer to us. It’s really to sit outdoors and watch the joggers and the kids zipping around on their skate scooters.
