We had our chap goh mei dinner one night earlier since we usually have a family dinner on Sunday night. Adrian got a yummy yu sheng set from Bee Heong Palace Restaurant at Telok Ayer for the lo hei. I don’t really understand why we have to argue about whether the yu sheng and lo hei originated in Singapore or in Malaysia. It’s delicious so let’s just eat it! We also had steamboat which is our standard fare for chap goh mei. I love steamboat!
