We celebrated Anya’s birthday in school a day earlier because the actual day was the last day of term so there was a lot going on and it was Crazy Hat Day for the kids! She wore a ladybird hair and I plaited her hair into 6 little braids for the ladybird’s legs.
After school, she went to the arcade at IMM with her brother and my mum and aunts to play her favourite bowling game and to sit on kiddy rides.
In the evening, we had a simple dinner at Swensen’s so that she could have strawberry ice-cream. The strangest part of the day was when her huge number 3 balloon drifted out of my grandma’s house on its own accord and disappeared!

We brought Anya to Amazonia at Great World City as a birthday treat. She loves the place, and now that she’s older, she can navigate the entire area on her own. As I’ve mentioned before, it has the best food of all the indoor playgrounds so I like it too. :)
It was my first time running around inside with her because I was heavily pregnant the last two visits. It was quite a workout for me! They now have unlimited play after 5pm from Monday-Friday so I want to bring her again soon.
