On Tuesday morning, we made our way to Amelie Cafe at Armenian St for breakfast but it was closed. So we walked over to Sri Anada Bahwan in Little India for some thosai before visiting the Pinang Peranakan Mansion.
The Pinang Peranakan Mansion is a must-see in Penang. The building is beautifully restored and it’s easy to imagine what life must have been like for a wealthy Peranakan family in the past.
While we were there, Anya went around pointing at all the baskets and saying, “Ah Ma has this!” and Adrian decided that since he’s half-Peranakan, he would pose in a dignified manner in every room. And when he wasn’t posing, he was jumping around pretending to be a Chinese vampire.
