Shiseido Urban Environment UV Protector Extra Mild – Great for Kids too!

Shiseido Urban Environment UV Protector Extra Mild

Anya has swimming lessons every week and I usually have to lug along a big bag of our swim things and different types of sunscreen for her and for me. But the swimming bag is a bit lighter now because I only have to bring one sun protection cream that we can both use!

Shiseido Urban Environment UV Protector Extra Mild protects skin from UVA/ UVB rays and contains no UV absorbers, alcohol, fragrance or paraben. That’s good news for people with sensitive skin. My skin is quite thin and sensitive so my face gets really irritated by products containing fragrance! And since it doesn’t contain any of the harmful stuff found in other sunscreens, this sun protection cream is perfect for kids too. Plus, it’s moisturising!

I have a bad habit of jumping into the pool right after applying sunscreen so I always end up getting sunscreen running into my eyes. Oh, the pain and suffering! This Shiseido Urban Environment UV Protector Extra Mild sun protection cream claims to be water-resistant, so I put it to the test and it truly is. It really stays put!

My favourite thing about this sun protection cream is that it doesn’t leave a horrible white cast on the skin. I look absolutely normal after applying it instead of strange and pasty. And it is easy to apply with a convenient flip cap that allows me to hold, open and close the tube with just one hand. I’m seriously in love with this Shiseido Urban Environment UV Protector Extra Mild sun protection cream!

Supporting your giveaway. The most important thing I look for in a sunscreen is its protection against UV rays. I’ll love to try this Shiseido Urban Environment UV Protector as I have sensitive skin! :)

SPF firstly, then other bonuses like moisturizing quality. In this regard, this shiseido sunscreen fits the bill!

The important thing I look out for in sunscreen is having broad range protection against UVA and UVB; and it is also a plus if it doesn’t feel too greasy.

The most important thing I look for in a sunscreen is the SPF. My minimum is always SPF 30 PA+++ to make sure that it adequately protects me from the sun’s UV rays. Of course, it’s also important to me that the sunscreen blends very well on my skin and doesn’t leave it with an unnatural white film.

I think texture is more important for me; I hate the sticky formula that makes your skin feel clogged up and icky! This sounds great (: thanks for the giveaway!!

besides a broad spectrum of UV protection, I don’t want my sunscreen to turn me into a daylight casper so its ability to blend and looks natural on my skin is one important factor :)

Ooh would love to win this! Been looking for a good sunscreen for ages! I look for sunscreen protection, whether it is suitable for sensitive skin (both my boys and I have very sensitive skin so most sunscreens we have tried give us rashes!) and I also like it when it doubles up as a moisturiser and does not leave me looking like a badly made-up ghost ;)

The most important thing I look for in a sunscreen is it should not have the greasy feeling on the skin yet stays on without losing its effect when we perspire!

    I’ve like the facebook page.

Most important thing I look for a sunscreen is that it does not contain harmful chemicals like paraben.

Texture is important to me because I don’t want to feel like its clogging up my pores. If it could serve as a make up base, that would be a bonus. I’ve always stayed away from Japanese brands cos my mum says our skin doesn’t do well with jap products (I’ve never put it to the test). But I think I would like to give this one a go if I’m fortunate enough to get it! :)

multi-function UV (at lest 30++SPF) for face and body would be great! also easily absorbed without leaving any sticky feeling :)

The most important thing is that it should be a broad spectrum sunscreen which protect my skin against the UVA as well as the UVB rays of the sun.

I have never left the house without sunscreen on my face since my 20s.I have skin which is super sensitive, dry and slightly pigmented on the cheeks area. The things I look out for in a sunscreen are:
    1) It has to be gentle enough it doesn’t trigger off sensitivity or even an allergy on my face.
    2) At least a spf of 30 and with maximum UVA protection.
    3) It has to be moisturizing and non-comedogenic.

Must be easy to apply & can be used for both face & body so that I do not have to bring along 2 different sunscreens! Being water-resistant is definitely a plus!

The most important thing is to make sure that the sunscreen is free of harmful chemicals, followed by coverage and ease of application. Seems like this sunblock fulfills all the criteria, would love to have a try!

The most important thing I look for is the SPF, followed by a non-greasy texture. Definitely a plus if it does not leave me with a whitish unnatural look after application.

Thanks for hosting the giveaway. : )

I look for preservative fee & paraben free skincare products. AJ & I share the same sunscreen product when we are out in the sun. I’m sure both of us would like to try this out!

I’ve ‘Like” your page! I guess for me, other than the high protection of the spf, it also has to be non greasy and non sticky. Smooth texture also helps when applying on lightening quick toddlers! haha ;p

I’ve liked your page a nong nong time ago… and for sunscreens, the most important thing for me is that it should be easily absorbed, and not leave that ‘sticky film’ on the skin!

(If I remember to put on sunscreen, that is!)

Just realised I forgot to join! What I look for in a sunscreen: non-sticky feeling, something that doesn’t turn my face white, and an SPF higher than 35.

I look for a sunscreen that has sufficient UVA/UVB protection, doesn’t make my face look like an oil slick, goes on well under makeup and is non-comedogenic. Tall order? :)

I use sunscreen daily because I have freckles and I believe in looking after my skin. What I look for in a sunscreen is that it is light in texture so that it does not clog my pores yet delivers on the SPF component. Easy to spread and would be perfect if it comes in a handy size!
