Mustela Bébé Giveaway

Another giveaway! Since it’s the season of giving, I’m hosting a giveaway for Mustela Bebe products. I attended the Rebirth launch of the Musetela Bebe range in October and have been happily using the products since. I’m sure you have also seen the Mustela Rebirth spread in parenting magazines with various mummy bloggers telling you which product they love and why, but there’s nothing better than being able to try the products out for yourself. So five winners will receive 1 item of their choice (worth $15.00 – $32.80) as well as a pack of facial cleansing cloths (worth $11.80).

Here’s my take on the Mustela Bebe range:

The Dermo-Cleansing Gel is soap-free and very gentle. It leaves skin thoroughly clean but soft. I love the lingering delicate fragrance even though I’m usually very intolerant of fragrances in general. It can be used for both skin and hair which makes it very versatile. The pump dispenser allows me to use one hand to get the right amount of cleansing gel while holding on to a wriggly Adam with the other hand.

The Baby Shampoo is another must-have. Like the cleansing gel, it is very gentle and leaves the kids’ hair soft, easy to manage and smelling so lovely. I use just the teeniest amount for Adam because he doesn’t have that much hair. It’s easy to rinse which is really important to me because my kids hate having water running down their faces anymore than is necessary.

The Vitamin Barrier Cream protects delicate skin and provides relief from diaper rash. Adam’s skin is quite sensitive and his little butt gets rashy easily so I use this on him daily. The sturdy flip cap and practical tube design of the barrier cream makes it easy to dispense and apply the product without worrying about diaper cream escaping and ruining your diaper bag.

The Hydra Bebe Face Cream is designed to be used daily on the face. I’m usually rather paranoid about putting any kind of product on a baby’s face because the skin on the face is the most delicate. But I’ve been using this for the kids since Adam was a few months old and it works really well. It is especially useful when we travel to colder, drier places where their skin can get very dry.

The Facial Cleansing Cloths are so handy to bring around. My kids are very grubby and you can usually tell what they had for their latest meal by the stains on their faces! If I use the normal wet wipes to clean their faces, Adam’s sensitive skin gets rashy around the mouth area. So I use these facial wipes instead and they leave his face clean, rash-free and soft. Another plus is that each individual wipe is easily removed and you don’t end up with a whole bunch of wipes when you’re just trying to pull one out.

The SPF 50+ Very High Protection Mineral Cream for face and body is not pictured because it lives permanently in Anya’s swimming bag and I don’t want to take it out in case I forget to put it back in! That’s how much I depend on it to protect her skin for her weekly swim lessons. It provides broad spectrum protection against UVA and UVB rays and is sweat-proof and water-proof. It is easy to apply and a great size to bring along everywhere. I usually don’t like it if my sunblock leaves a white cast but in this case, it’s useful because it helps to ensure I’ve applied the sunblock for her thoroughly without missing any spot.

I want to win the Dermo-Cleansing Gel for my bb. His skin gets red n itchy often and I don’t dare to use any bb washing products on him. The gel being soap free is a ideal choice for me to try.
