Anya’s Chalkboard Wall: The Very Hungry Caterpillar

I spent most of the day drawing on Anya’s bedroom wall. It’s not as bad as it sounds: one of her walls is covered in chalkboard paint so she can draw on it. But since she can only reach the bottom bit, I decided to recreate The Very Hungry Caterpillar story at the top. The wall was previously covered in Christmas drawings that we did in 2009! I’m really not very artistically inclined but I think she’ll like the pictures anyway. :) The contrast of the photos have been adjusted quite a bit to give an idea of what the wall actually looks like.

      Thanks! :)

The chalk doesn’t really make her room dusty unless we’re doing a big piece that requires a lot of shading like the caterpillar one. And there’s always dustless chalk and liquid chalk available as alternatives!
